One of California Metro Patrol’s core services is providing professional security patrol for residences and commercial properties. Our security officers are uniformed and our patrol vehicles are marked and easily identifiable. We work to establish the trust of our clients; we patrol your property with the care we would use if it were our own. CMP’s goal is to raise the level of safety and peace of mind in the communities and neighborhoods we patrol.
Your Security Requirements
California Metro Patrol provides our clients a comprehensive security service: safety, security and visual and physical deterrents. The first step in Patrol Services is understanding what your individual security needs are. We want to know your safety concerns in order to tailor our services to your property and its specific requirements.
CMP Security Officers
We build relationships first. Establishing a relationship built on trust is our first priority. In order to keep the trust our clients invest in us, we invest in training our security officers in customer care and communication. We hire only those individuals who possess a level of professionalism that we require in all of our officers and staff.
Our security officers receive training in a wide range of patrol services. Training includes safe patrol techniques, surveillance, perimeter checks, observation, report writing and interacting with other services and agencies. We provide armed and unarmed security officers, however, California Metro Patrol also requires all officers to go through quarterly firearms training and safety and be certified in CPR and first aid.
