The California Metro Patrol team begins 2021 with a focus on our Community and continuing to provide customers with outstanding security services. We believe that when you hire CMP for your home or business security, you are hiring a team who knows the importance of safety and security in our community, in the workplace and in your home. CMP is founded by retired law enforcement and civil service employees for over 114 years of combined management experience. We build Community one customer at a time by protecting the people who live and work in it. 2021 introduces a new aspect of Community for us: digital connections. Toward the end of 2020, we relaunched our website to include online forms and our Security Blog. We revitalized our social media channels – Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter. This year, we’re excited to keep connected with our customers and others with a monthly eNewsletter. With a digital presence, we can continue to build our Community with regular communication and the level of excellent service you’ve come to expect.

We also take pride in the skillful level of customer service our security officers have; they are the face and front line for California Metro Patrol. Not only are our officers highly trained in patrol and response services, they genuinely care about our customers, keeping them safe and securing their property. This is the Marked Difference of California Metro Patrol. Our Community grows by earning customer trust, providing excellent service and by genuinely caring about what we’re providing.

Layered Security

While crime happens, our clients enjoy the appropriate Layers of Security services to minimize risk and maximize safety at their home or workplace. Layered Security is our security strategy: we assess properties starting from the street and work our way inward. CMP security starts with professionally marked vehicles and well-groomed uniformed officers. As visual security presence can act as a deterrent, we post clean, discreet curb signage. Then recommending other layers such as security or surveillance cameras, outdoor lighting, motion sensors, alarm systems and monitoring, etc. to physically protect your property.
The layer that sets CMP apart is our extra-mile customer service and care. Our security officers walk the property, check gates and locks; we provide photographic check-in and client reports using secure technology for rapid information transfer. We aim for the highest level security services, caring customer service, faster response times and unconditional professionalism from our security officers. Together, all of these security layers has helped our Community grow.

Digital Connections

Even though security services are “real world,” we know that our customers are online. Google search says that in 2019, 3.8 million searches were conducted each minute, many to research local businesses. We hope our revived and new digital presence will broaden our reach with customers and the community – Pasadena and beyond. We’ll use this medium to educate people about CMP as well as our services, and keep customers up to date with security news. Our goal with our website and blog, social media platforms and our eNewsletter is to continue to build our Community, stay in touch with our current customers and open the door to connecting and engaging with the wider region.
